Stayed for one night only but happy with the experience.

Location great, safe and room clean with useful complimentary tea/coffee. Breakfast was good, well organised and with attentive staff.

Generally Staff friendly and really very helpful which counts for a lot. Inadvertently locked myself out of my room at 3am and needed to drag personnel out of bed. He responded pleasantly, was up to my floor in no time letting me in with a smile and declined to accept a tip for his troubles despite my insistence.

Short but pleasant stay and would recommend! If in Eastbourne, will stay there again.

When booking at short notice and arriving from Brighton, Fiona was very helpful in meeting me and organising the evening meal at short notice.

The room was very clean tidy and wanted to stay longer.
The kitchen staff were rushed off their feet and worked well. Keep up the good work and will return. Thank you.

Can't believe this hotel is only a 2* Excellent location near the seafront. Meals consist of 3 courses and are served promptly, very tasty options including vegetarian ( smashing nut roast )
Rooms clean and well serviced, staff courteous and friendly. Will certainly visit again.

We held our wedding reception here in July and have to say Jason and his team played a big part in making our day so special. Nothing was too much trouble for Jason and the food and service provided was excellent. Family who stayed in the hotel over the weekend only had very positive comments about their experience and I would like to thank you all, especially Jason for everything you did to make our day so perfect.

Just been on our annual weekend away, (44 people with Opal Holidays). This year we spent the weekend, Oct.3rd. - October 5th. at this lovely Hotel, situated just across the road from the seafront, and the pier.
On arrival we were pleasantly greeted, and a small problem one of my guests had with their room was dealt with immediately.
Throughout our stay the management and staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them.
The food was good with a good choice of menu. Entertainment was good each night, which included a game of Bingo.
All in all it is a good Hotel, spotlessly clean and ideally situated. I personally could not fault it, and have heard nothing but praise for it from the other 43 people in my party.
Finally on arriving home, John the Hotel manager rang to say one of my party had left their car keys in their bedroom. He arranged to have the keys delivered to the persons home address, at no cost, which arrived the next day. He didn't have to do that and the gesture is very much appreciated.
In summing up, an excellent value for money Hotel that I would definately not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

We recently stayed in this hotel and it was value for money. The hotel was literally across the road from Eastbourne Pier. The room was clean, the beds were comfy and the people were very friendly. The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because the shower was a bit to be desired, it could have done with a clean. The breakfast was very nice too but we didn't get asked what we wanted or how we wanted our eggs, it was just brought to us.
Other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel.
