From the first minute Phil was a joy to work with. He told us everything we needed to know costs timeframes etc. he suggested a video we weren’t sure but he was right it brought the property to life. Even with the small things we asked of him (because we don’t live locally) he sorted everything out for us nothing was too much trouble. He sold the house on the first day and got us above our asking price. He probably could have sold it 10x over. Great guy use him or regret going elsewhere!

We all know buying and selling is up there with the 3 most stressful things….<br><br>We haven’t done either in 33 years but found ourselves in the situation of needing to sell parents / in-laws home whilst also dealing with a stressful and personal blow that we needed to navigate at the same time.<br><br>Thank heavens for Phil and his experience, professionalism and empathy. He made the sale so stress-less as he dealt with it perfectly. Always available to answer any questions , give guidance and situation updates.<br><br>Today we completed and I believe it was 9 weeks from market date to finish, what a result!<br><br>He totally deserves all the 5 star reviews because he delivers what he promises.
