Terry recently carried out painting and sealing work at our flat, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. He was professional, hardworking, thorough, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. On top of that, he was genuinely lovely, friendly, helpful, and a real credit to Sprint Property Services. He even offered to help move furniture back and tidy up afterwards, which was greatly appreciated. A fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Troy of Troy’s Tree and Hedge Services recently carried out extensive work in my garden, and the
service was exceptional from start to finish.

His expert knowledge of each tree and his clear guidance on which should be removed gave me complete confidence in his recommendations.

The work itself was carried out with impressive speed and professionalism.
Every branch taken down was tidied away immediately, and the entire area — including the road outside — was thoroughly swept before he left.
The efficiency, care, and pride Troy takes in his work are truly outstanding. Excellent service all
round — thank you, Troy.

I recently stayed at The Burlington Hotel in Eastbourne with my husband, and it was a thoroughly delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel has classic charm with elegant Victorian architecture and it's perfectly situated right on the seafront, offering beautiful views of the coast and the iconic pier. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay—friendly without being intrusive, and always happy to assist. The room was clean, comfortable and well-kept, with everything we needed for a relaxing break. I especially appreciated the little touches like the complimentary tea and coffee, and the large windows that let in lots of natural light. Breakfast was lovely each morning with plenty of variety and generous portions, served in a bright, spacious dining room. The atmosphere in the hotel was calm and relaxed, ideal for anyone looking to unwind by the sea. Location-wise, you really can't beat it. The hotel is just steps away from beach, and a short stroll to shops, cafes and theatres. It’s the perfect base for exploring Eastbourne and the surrounding area, including Beachy Head and the South Downs. All in all, I’d definitely recommend The Burlington Hotel to anyone looking for a charming and well-located hotel on the East Sussex coast. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. ✨

Unfortunately the Burlington is what I would call tired, it had all the facilities that you need and the young lady that checked us in was very pleasant, friendly and efficient. We were booked into a superior twin room with sea view. The room was clean and tidy but as I said tired everything could do with a spruce up from the outside to lifts and the corridors. A satisfactory stay and it did what we needed, a one night stay for a visit to the theatre.

Lovely old world hotel, staff are friendly and helpful, rooms have tried to be updated but it's a grade 2 listed building so they can't change a lot, but still feels like a trip back in time.
Location is near perfect, a good few resteraunts nearby, hotel right on the coast near the pier, shopping centre and train station 10 minutes walk.
Perfect.

Faded grandeur probably sums up the fabric of this hotel. It’s a shame its owners haven’t maintained it as it’s now suffering from a lack of investment. Conversely, the staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. The bedrooms have the typical high ceilings and beautiful cornices of the grand hotel it once was. It’s beautifully positioned for the pier and the bar’s a pleasant place to spend an hour or two in the evening. There has obviously been some water ingress from bedrooms into the dining room that hasn’t been rectified. The breakfasts, although containing mass-produced products, include a good range of options. This hotel is not expensive and its location really does excuse the lack of investment. Added to this it’s a dog-friendly hotel, so I would definitely consider it again in the future.

Very nice hotel. Very helpful and good staff. Rooms presented well with adequate facilities. Lovely location and full of character as these old Victorian hotels are. Good breakfast buffet and food bar with conservatory facing the sea front. Good price and certainly cheaper than some of the others . Good value. Half range of simple bar food as well as the fa. Y restaurant offering.
