Such a brilliant and caring wildlife rescue service. Found an injured pigeon and from the call to pick up by lovely Veterinary staff it was around 20 minutes. Amazing. Even got a casualty number to check on injured bird. Whatever the outcome Iām glad it got delivered into expert hands who will do the right thing. Well done to this excellent animal rescue service!

I called about an injured mouse & had a lovely man here within 30 minutes to collect the little guy.
He put him in a comfy box & I feel so happy knowing he is in safe hands.
I was provided a leaflet with a tracking code so I can request an update if I wish.
Amazing charity. What wonderful people. Lady on the phone was also lovely & very helpful.

Dave was excellent throughout ā very polite, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly so we understood exactly what was being done. The quality of workmanship was superb, and it was obvious he takes real pride in his work.
He also left everything very clean and tidy at the end of each day, which we really appreciated during what can be quite a stressful renovation.
