Regular customer left disappointed!<br>First time we ordered for home delivery the order was messed up and we was charged twice we received a refund and gift voucher (very much appreciated)<br>Since then we have ordered twice and have had nothing but problems, they really need a english speaking person to answer the phones to be able to understand ordering, the lady was very rude and clearly has an attitude problem<br>We wont be returning again

Never been before. Took grandchildren and had a great day. Loads to entertain the children and most of the entertainment is included with the entrance price. Food and drink is also very reasonably priced. Recommended and will definitely consider annual ticket. which also represents excellent value for money.
