Tired but adequate
Brilliant location and car park was handy once you found it behind the hotel. communication from staff beforehand was brilliant and staff service during the stay was brilliant too.
The listed status means the windows are not muffling any of the outside noise, we were in room 225 (standard side sea view) and you could hear the pedestrian crossing everytime someone pressed it - no matter the hour. Bugs squished into the curtain netting and the blue light needs covering so you can try and sleep.
The decor is really dated, you can see where theyve tried but the carpets all need re doing, and our room clearly had had some water damage at some point - evident in the wallpapered ceiling and again the carpets. the hotel looks so tired from the outside and this carries on throughout. Dont book in advance either as we did and paid 104 room only and on the day this dropped to 95 including breakfast or 104 with breakfast and dinnerš¤

my mum and friend are very happy with there stay
the hotel was booked for elderly mum and friend this is the 4 time this year the staff are all very nice and helpful and make them feel welcome and are very accommodating they will be back again soon
they love the hotel and the position of it and are very happy with the staff it has all they need
