Perfect location, beautiful Victorian building on the promenade, excellent value for money.
The location was fantastic, offering sea views from certain rooms, including mine. My room was spacious and well-equipped with an iron, hairdryer, and coffee machine. The bed was very comfortable. The night receptionist kindly searched for a coffee capsule so I could use the coffee machine in the morning. I received exactly what I expected and even more. I would love to spend a month there. I highly recommend it to everyone.
Unfortunately, the elevator was out of order during my three-night stay, particularly on the hot days. It was uncomfortable, but such things happen.

Room was lovely. Comfy bed and lovely towels. Reception staff were very helpful. All in all it was a lovely stay.
The only thing that let it down was there were no lifts operating. I was on the 3rd floor so way too many stairs to climb. I'm too old for stairs climbing.

Because of lift issues our stay was not ideal.
The breakfast was good.
Both lifts were out of order and our room was the 3rd floor which was extrdmely difficult as we are both in our late seventies with mobility issues. If the lift issue had been flagged on the website then I would have gone elsewhere.

We love coming here. It has a great position close to the pier, beach and town. Staff are always friendly.

Staff were brilliant. The room had a pull down airer in the bathroom which is a very good idea for damp clothes.good value for money.

Great stay, staff were so helpful and nothing was too much bother.
Excellent location, right next to the pier
Sadly the lifts were out of order but they called up the day before to let us know and offered us options.
