A bargain hotel with great bed and food foid
The bed was very comfy, and the duvet cover was spotless . The room is a bit dated but not bothered by that. Great location near the pier.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The main lift wasn't working so had to use the small lift. Had to wait a long time as lots of people was using it.

Satisfactory.
One lift didn't work. Not acceptable when there are so many elderly clients. Absolute pain.

Room was perfectly adequate for a short break.
Perfect location, value for money and decent room.
The shower needed attention as water pressure was very poor. Thin walls, voices, snoring and tv heard. Not hotel problem but very noisy corridor activity!

Excellent location. Lovely breakfast.
Main lift was out of order. Was also out of order a month ago. Only 1 tiny lift available and our room was on the 4th floor. Room 435 sometimes no water came out of the cold tap. The shower was right infront of bathroom window but the blind was only long enough to cover the top half of the window.
