Lovely room with Seaview, great distance to beach, Staff were so helpful and caring, food was good.
Lift was broken so had to use small lift but never spoilt our holiday

The hotel is in need of a refurbishment, but that said, it didn't impact on our stay.

Need usb points in room as there were none and room needs daily turn over + tea .coffe top ups as these are only if requested

Great location, good staff, tired hotel
Perfect location on the front and close to newly developed bars and restaurant area.
Pretty tired but not unusual for a seaside hotel.
Room was spacious and sheets were clean however, the room and bathroom were surface cleaned but pretty grubby.
