Very close to town centre and sea front.
Could be noisy at night and no breakfast over the weekend.

A good hotel with a great location!
The room had a seaview and was very comfortable & clean. The staff are friendly & helpful.
The shower could have done with a bit more power!

Run down but functional
Everything was pretty old and run down but functional and it was fine for a budget stay. The location is excellent - right on the sea front. The staff were nice and helpful e.g. helping explain parking on local roads and providing permits. The room was clean enough and the bed old but comfy enough.
The hotel is in need of a serious refurb and deep clean - outside and in. No WiFi in the rooms (only in the lobby). Dirty communal areas (stairs etc.), empty beer cans on the balcony of our room.

Lovely stay at this reasonably priced very central hotel
Good value for what it offered and a fantastic location. Lovely staff all very helpful, room was clean, and kept to a good standard throughout our visit.
Just a bit dated, which is no fault of the staff. Would definitely stay there again.

It is clean and tidy, staff are friendly and it's well positioned and well priced
It is a bit old and tired. The beds are very lumpy.
