Staff friendly the two lads on the blue bar absolutely spot on 👌reception team very polite and welcoming
The badish points are the bathroom needed attention sloping floor and just really tired decor
Apart from that we had a lovely time thank you 🙏

Our rooms are usually very good. This one we stayed in this time not as good. The carpet was dirty, small beds but ok. The bathroom a bit cramped. Apart from carpet room was mostly clean. As always the staff good and very nice breakfast.

Great position and added bonus of payable car park behind the hotel. Bar, restaurant and reception staff were excellent.

Cleaners not so good and rooms in need of a good deep clean. A Victorian hotel so quite quirky.

Breakfast adequate and reasonable prices at the bar.

Would be happy to return there.

Comfortable bed & armchairs. Carpet not very clean & wood work tatty. We had a lovely seaview but the room was almost unbearably hot even with the supplied fan, maybe the bigger rooms are more airy. All staff very good & helpful with charging my husband's mobility scooter. Breakfast buffet plentiful wouldn't have minded a change from scrambled eggs though. Coffee was excellent.

Only stayed the night but room was clean, nicely presented, staff are pleasant and helpful, rooms look modern for a old building, would book again when visiting again

This hotel is a good for a budget place, little dated in places, especially the old lifts. I used it to stay close to a sporting event and it is in a great location by the pier (though roadworks right outside currently)

The staff were all very friendly, check in was easy and chatty which was great and the people hanging breakfast where full of energy and just the right cheeky banter.

The room was small, even for a single but served its purpose - the bed was on wheels and did move which felt odd the first time of getting on it making me think it was wobbly - the sleep on it was fine. There was a small fan in the room, and sash windows to the side. The shower and both looked fine, but no real water pressure so the shower wasn't great.

I would stay here again if I needed a budget hotel on the seafront.

The room Wass clean enough,

Been a regular visitor to the Burlington hotel for over 20 year's.
Building in need of extensive makeover.
Catering staff shabby in appearance.
Each year fewer services available.
