Receptionist was very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was tidy and clean. Elevator very antique and very tiny. A bit scary. With a bit more care, polish/repairs and modernisation it could be very lovely hotel at great location.

Very good location, spacious warm rooms, very nice views from our windows.
I wonder like a “ proper “ coffee machine for breakfast and more variety of food.

Have stayed here before and our room was large and very comfortable with sea view which we paid extra for 😊

Wanted to get away for a cheap winter weekend break and this hotel and the price were perfect.
Positioned opp the pier, next to the town centre, thus big old palatial Victorian hotel was perfect. There might not be any major thrills but at less than £50 per night incl breakfast, you really can’t go wrong! And the staff were lovely, the rooms clean and the whole hotel, very warm, which was most appreciated on a bitterly cold, but beautiful romantic tinged weekend. Thankyou.
