A pleasant stay in a Victorian town.
Well painted, spacious feeling ground floor. Sense of Victorian times. Bedrooms comfortable, tea and coffee machine in the room. Staff were simply the best which made our stay enjoyable.
Rooms were hot despite the fan. Windows couldn’t be opened more than six inches.

These are the most amazing people! A baby seagull fell off of the roof in the tremendous heat we are having, after spending a night babysitting it, we contacted WRAS who very kindly came out and put it back up in its nest! Happy Seagull parents, extremely happy us!

From the initial quotation through to completion, the workmanship was excellent. Preparation was thorough, attention to detail was first class and every room was finished to an exceptional standard. Communication was clear throughout, timekeeping was excellent and the team worked incredibly hard, even completing the main living area before the heatwave arrived.
Nothing was too much trouble, and any snagging was dealt with promptly and professionally. They treated my home with respect, kept everything tidy and were a pleasure to deal with throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Nice stay in Eastbourne
Friendly staff. Receptionist found us a fan for our room, essential in the extreme heat. The bar was cool and breakfast was fine. Very handy to be able to park there and then get a cab to the tennis.
Even with a fan, the room was extremely hot but otherwise ok.

A Relaxing Place to Stay
Great location along the sea front, near the pier and bandstand. Perfect for a short walk to Devonshire Park for the tennis. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very good. It was nice to have entertainment on some nights.
The room was too hot due to the exceptionally hot weather. The shower wasn't easy to manage.
