Car park at back very close to pier it's away from the noisy pubs it suits me I have stayed an average of twice a year it has a bar entertaining in evening but I have friends i go to so I just use it to sleep

Staff, location and cleanliness.
The rooms could do with some modernisation. But in stating this I could not fault the cleanliness nor the basic facilities

Only 1 night, did the job!
Location excellent for theatres. Great view of pier & seafront.
Hotel is a little tired & could do with freshening up in all areas, having said that for what,we paid was good.

Good stay staff were lovely
Great location, parking at the rear. Paid an extra £6 for the parking but the room was very cheap so I didn’t mind.
A bit cold, rooms were dated, but nothing to worry about. Overall I enjoyed my stay

Dowdy room, window didn't open, grim carpet. No extractor in shower, so condensation in room, no water glasses.
