Incredible staff, perfect location, car work is brilliant and so reasonably priced, facilities are great, cleanliness is very good
To be picky it’s a bit dated so some decor could do with a refresh but honestly it was perfect for what we needed and I wouldn’t even score it down for that

For us a weekend get away it was lovely staff vary welcoming food was great value plenty of choice and hot .lovely relaxing atmosphere would definitely rebook.
Maybe a little bit more detail spent on appearance in places. BUT A VARY OLD TRADITIONAL HOTEL 170YEARS OLD THIS HAS TO BE EXPECTED SO FROM US NOT A CRITICISM. LOVE IT .

Friendly, helpful staff make up for a slightly dated building. Clean and comfy room, perfect location for beach and shops, enclosed car park at a reasonable cost per 24hrs is a great extra.

Good deal in February!
Front desk & dining room staff were extremely helpful, especially with my Gluten intolerance.
Hotel right on seafront, shops & restaurants very close.
Very good deal including a good breakfast Rooms & upstairs corridors far too hot.
Room was small but adequate, rather a trek to the lift, but it's a long hotel so someone has to be!
