christmas new year was great and the staff do a very good job to music in the hotell allways great to hear and will be back in 2026bean going to this hotell for about 3 to 4 years now and meet with people ive met there before very happy going there

The location of the town and pier is excellent.
We told reception that we were not happy with our room and that we had been coming to the hotel for the last 5 years. Although the hotel was nowhere near full we were not moved or even offered an alternative.

Everything about my stay was exceptionally good but especially the welcome given to my dog. This is the most pet friendly hotel I have ever stayed in! Well done!
During your planned refurbishment putting electrical plug sockets either side of the beds, with USB ports if possible, would be a very good idea.
