First time here but won't be the last. I had a medium breakfast which was cooked perfectly. My partner had an omelette which was also cooked perfectly. The staff are also lovely and very efficient. Very reasonable prices, well worth a visit if you are Eastbourne way

The best fry up breakfast I’ve ever had. Always hot always delicious. Staff are ever so friendly and considerate to any needs.

Great location opposite pier and near shops and restaurants friendly staff and a good breakfast for £10 .Yes the building is a bit tired but it is still v good value and would happily return.

The staff were excellent, friendly and professional. No problem was too big to solve. The Food (both breakfast and evening meal) were very good indeed. The bar was friendly and inexpensive and had a large TV to watch the football and Wimbledon tennis.The location, being close to the pier, and excellent shopping facilities, was top notch. Elevators/lifts went to all floors.
My room had slightly peeling wallpaper, but considering that I was on the top floor and it was the hottest week since 1976 ( I.e. 35+ degrees Celsius) then I was not surprised. The supplied fan did help with the heat. My only surprise is that the hotel still uses keys to the rooms rather than electronic key cards, and the outside needed some re-painting. A little extra maintenance needed here and there.
