Good Budget Stay.
Friendly staff. Hotel on the sea front. Breakfast was good.
For the money it was good value.
Would advise paying a little extra for sea view though! We knew what to expect from previous reviews so nothing more to say.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic spot but desperate for money to be put into it be put into
The staff were very friendly polite and approachable.
Hotel is lovely. Just needs some much needed TLC The floorboards in the bedrooms were really creaky.
The radiators were in desperate need of a good paint and care. The bathroom is desperate for a revamp. The bath thats is boxed in and not in use. but looks like a coffin.

the staff were helpful , breakfast was a very high standard but much more needs to be done

Although the bed and carpet was clean the room overall was grubby and the bathroom was not a reasonable standard

Great value for a wonderful dog friendly seafront hotel
The hotel was so welcoming, water bowls and Christmas snacks out for dogs, staff super friendly. Free parking nearby and my standard room had a beautiful sea view. Such a lovely old building too right on the seafront opposite the pier. Breakfast was lovely

We enjoyed our stay , I did hear that they are updating it next year.
The breakfast was very good, food was always hot. Staff were lovely and very friendly.
Our room was very dated , and the skirting boards in the bathroom could do with a good clean.

the room was a bit cold the heater did not work, but 1 of the staff give us another heater.
