We stay there every year, always enjoy it and will always be going back to stay.
The sea view is beautiful. The breakfast great and plentiful. The staff are so friendly and will help you as much as possible.
The bed was a little too hard for us and the large stains on the carpet in our superior room.

Breakfast good and just love staying at the burlington
The room 426 was cold and very draughty Friday and Sunday not a good night sleep as wind seemed to be blowing through the room very uncomfortable disturbed sleep.

Mini break
Always get a warm welcome on arriva from reception l. Bar staff were excellent . Restaurant.staff we're also good although we only had a couple of breakfasts. Room was very clean.
The only downside was our radiator didn't work and made a lot of noise although under the duvet it was very warm so we didn't complain. Only mentioned it on departure so that it would be sorted for the next people.

Walking distance to the pier, town and shopping centre 10 minutes away so great location.

Position of hotel was good and staff friendly. Breakfast was good, nicely laid out.
Room was OK but a little stifling and decoration a bit dated. Been in more comfortable rooms elswhere
