The hotel served its purpose very well.
Good selection of food at breakfast, excellent sea view from bedroom, good location by the sea
My room was very basic and it was not serviced during my visit. One of the receptionists was quite rude.

Burlington Hotel has a fantastic location and is just a short walk to the bus stop; we will be back.
Breakfast is always great.
Evening meals were improved from when we visited last year.
Room was a good size.
Staff were pleasant and helpful. The shower screen in the bathroom was too small. It was almost impossible to have a shower without spraying the bathroom floor.
The basin in our bathroom was blocked.
When we arrived the room was COLD as the radiator was not working, but as soon as we reported this the staff provided an electric heater. The radiator started working, then the room was too hot.

Not the same value for money that it once was.
Good breakfast. Staff pleaszant.
No heating in room but small heater provided. It seemed tone cold throughout the hotel. One night in three entertainment which was poorly promoted and poorly attended as a concequence. Felt sorry for Andrew the singer. Saw nothing anywhere in the hotel informing clients of a quiz.

Nice large room - very well kept. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Everything worked as it should do - easy access to the town, beach etc.
On site bar with evening entertainment. Car parking - we paid £6 to stay in their car park but it was always full.
Had to park on street behind the hotel. As we had a Blue badge it was okay but saw a number of cars with parking tickets on.

The widows were dirty, we couldn't see the sea view which we'd paid extra for.
Cups dirty in room
The room was far too hot and we complained to no joy.
Eventually our 74year old family member had to climb on a chair to switch a switch off which was around 7ft high

Ok hotel is old and could do with a refurb.

Bedroom was tired and the one my friend had was worse cracked sink in bathroom and not very clean.
