Some of the single rooms need to be brought up to standard. One single room.had aleak from a shower above.

Great, fairly price accommodation
The staff were very friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble.
The breakfast was very tasty and the buffet option had great variety. To be honest it wasn't so much i didnt like it as i wasn't expecting red carpets and crystal chandlers but i felt it was a little bit neglected. Could do with a lick of paint to bring it back to life.

clean room and breakfast perfect for overnight stay if staying in Eastbourne for an event or stag do etc

The price was very low, we had a superior room with sea view, with half board.
We thought we would probably only have breakfast & eat out in the evening.
