the staff were lovely, the breakfasts were lovely also.
I asked for a shower and we got that - so thank you to the Burlington
the bar staff were also kind and helpful and they cater for older people and understand their needs - very good and wonderful staff all round. The people who tidy rooms very good. the beds are very hard and uncomfortable and the bathroom needs updating badly - mould

The breakfast buffet was good, a good choice. Unsure where the mushrooms were though for breakfast?!

Needs updating
The location was very good.
The parking wasn't good, not enough spaces for the hotel. The breakfast was ok but could have had more than one choice of scrabbled eggs.
Dinner again was ok in the main dining room but not a lot of choice or quantity of food for each course. We wished we had gone in the bar for dinner instead as there was a better choice on the menu.
The room was ok but needed more towels and pillows. The bathroom was very hot as the window didn't open and the shower door was in the wrong place, right in front of the toilet making it difficult to get in and out.
The hair dryer over heated while I was drying my hair. The dryer was very very old. Needed to be updated.
I think some parts of the hotel need updating.
The bar areas were very good.
