The reception staff were very good and friendly, the room was very comfortable.
The house keeping in our superior room was very poor. The bed was never made properly, the sink.in the bathroom wasn't cleaned ,only ever had half of the refreshments.
The towel rail in the bathroom was broken. There wasn't a hair dryer there when we arrived.

Pretty good but room needs redecorating

Great location but hotel needs refreshing.

Very tired looking, our bathroom certainly needed some TLC, shower area black mould and generally scruffy looking.

The Burlington is a decent hotel with good facilities, opposite the beach and close to the town cent
Facilities were comfortable. Meals were fine. Staff helpful. Lifts to all floors.

Condition of room and hotel
On top of the beach , bar in the hotel which we used both nights , breakfast was really nice also was hot and you help yourself , bed was comfy , staff were friendly
Bathroom had thick dirt and dust on top of the skirting all the way round , remote control was filty dirty , bedroom was really hot only a fan which didn't cool the room down , no extractor fan in the bathroom , window was dirty , carpet was full of stains and paint peeling off the wood work walls were stained , settees in communal area were all ripped , shelf in the bathroom was unusable as very small and toiletry fell off
