Friendly, clean and comfortable, great location
Fantastic location, great room, v comfortable bed.
Breakfast was good, very friendly staff, parking. Would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room especially when the weather is hot.

Fantastic break away for the money so relaxing
Very old hotel high ceilings. It is clean.
Breakfast was very nice and what a lovely view. All the hotel staff were very nice and went out of the way to be accommodating.
Right on the seafront near the pier. Walking to loads of shops and restaurants. This beautiful old hotel is certainly not in its prime so you need to see past that. Seriously If you don't like lifts make sure you request a lower floor room.
In it's day this would have been very grand but it is now a bit tatty.
Car park small and ran out of spaces.

Be careful of the parking restrictions
We were fined by staying for an hour in the parking space with automatic camera. The receptionist did say we could leave after unpacking but did not tell us about parking enforcement

Not as bad as others thought. Bathroom clean and comfy, clean beds.

There is hidden dust piles in the rooms behind the sink etc. The hotel is tatty.
