Beds were quite small and rooms were hot. Had a small but very noisy fan so didn’t have it on. Walks seemed thin and could hear other guests

Three star is a fair assessment. Staff are super friendly and helpful.
Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good standard mix of cereal, juices and hot food. Bed was comfortable and the rooms were a good size. The sea view was nice.
The hotel is a bit tired and could do with some investment to refurbish the outside and replace some of the tired interior and tired/not so clean ensuite. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast selection could be broadened to provide more for those who don't have meat or dairy.

Lovely room with sea view. Comfortable bed and plenty of space. Very good breakfast. Helpful staff.
Limited parking at back resulted me having to drive and park in nearest NCP. Had to phone hotel to ask what to do. Quite a walk with luggage from carpark to hotel. Would have liked information in advance. Got hotel carpark for 2nd night.

Proved excellent for visiting seafront and bandstand. Excellent staff.
Staff were very helpful at checkin and when reservation made. They answered all my questions via email very quickly and efficiently.
Decoration in room was a little tired and needed updating.

Location being very close to the pier, seafront opposite and close to town too. An overnight stop. We didn't eat in the hotel or partake of the evening entertainment
Our room had a view of the car park but this was reflected in the price we paid. If you want a seaview, understandably you pay more.

On seafront by pier, staff were friendly. Food was good. Bathroom clean.
