Bargain getaway
Cheap getaway for 3 nights half board . We upgraded to a sea view superior room as the standard we booked was disappointing, but £40 extra for the 3 nights was well worth it, and the room was fantastic. Food at the Burlington is really good, and staff are great as well, we now regularly book for a cheap break, and we love it. Added bonus was the bar had Guiness on offer at £2.90 a pint 🥰

Great location, reasonable price for time of year etc.
Without being overly critical, small areas (which, for some, maybe a big negative). Attention to detail. Room as a single was extremely 'tight'. The Ensuite door could not close with the toilet seat and lid down. Shower tray filling up, waste needs attention. Breakfast was reasonable, only option was scrambled eggs, which were a bit bland due to method used.

The outside of the hotel looks pretty rough. Was not looking forward to checking in. Rooms were good though. Clean and comfortable. bathroom spacious and clean. With a exterior paint and new signage it would transform it. Entertainment was good and drinks are cheap just the outside that gives it a negative. Also usb and double sockets at bed side didn't work and nor did the socket under the window
