my stay was good. The staff was very good but the hotel was very tired.
location was very good. staff were very good and they tried to make my stay pleasant
the lift. Only one lift was working and the other lift only takes 3 people at a time.

Exceptional manager and her team
I am a regular visitor at the Burlington me and mum love the location. We also feel so at home the staff are amazing especially Sarah the manager she is brilliant caring compassionate my mum passed out in a local shop and had to be taken away in an ambulance I was so upset abd Sarah looked after me she is a true credit to the Burlington so thank you
