Extremely friendly & helpful reception staff made me feel very welcome . Excellent stay for a solo traveller.I would be happy to stay at the Burlington Hotel in the future but would book a Sea View room .
The only negative I have is the room was very warm & I was unable to turn off the heating.& outlook from the window was not good.

Generally fine. Satisfactory given price.
Reception and bar staff. Meals. Entertainment jolly good. Spacious lounge areas. Fast lifts.
Small TV in room. Lounge seating not very comfortable. Bathroom needed an anti-slip mat and grab rail in bath. Cleaning/s routines need checking up on by facilities manager.

Good budget hotel, secure car parking off road. Staff very cheerful and helpful. Good breakfast selection

Staff great location fantastic unfortunately for a top of the range room disappointing
Location and parking facilities
For a superior room very disappointing Toilet by a large window with a blind room not that clean hairs in the bath skirting dirty carpet unreal bed should be a double but two singles zipped together and very uncomfortable
