Great opportunity for renovation
Location was good
Very basic hotel that apparently will get some renovations done Just a very basic hotel that struggles with maintenance and upkeep but is in an area excellent location across from pier. Walking distance from Eastbourne train station (800m). There are also buses close by though PT in UK is expensive even with advance purchase.

Excellent and enjoyable break
Substantial amount of food available at breakfast. Lots of choice. Dinner was amazing . Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious , clean and comfortable Location was excellent and within walking distance to town and bus routes.
