The work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. Before any work began protection was laid and on completion all working areas were thoroughly cleaned up by Swain Brothers. They provided a written quotation for the work and they kept to this price. They agreed a programme in advance, to which they kept. They were courteous and co-operative and I would have no hesitation in using or recommending Swain Brothers for work in future.

Do not consider anyone else for windows etc. From the quote to completion of the job the Swain Brothers are outstanding. Our only prior experience for replacement windows was with Anglian (AWFUL experience) - the quote process from Swain Bros was focused on our needs, no hard sale involved and was so reasonably priced - the products used are great. The customer service is commendable - we had to change days of installation due to a family loss and they were so courteous and accommodating. And then the installation - perfect, beautiful finishes and our home left tidy. Look no further!
