Good location, staff friendly, breakfast was nice, needs a good update and a good clean.
The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was good.
The bedroom was disappointing. It was a 'cozy double' and had no issue with size but we couldn't close the curtains and the bathroom could gave been cleaner.

A grand hotel that needs a lot of investment to bring up to today standards
Location great. Breakfast basic but adequate. Dinner food fair/moderate, but very under staffed.
Couldn't draw curtains in room, impossible to close bathroom door, no heating in bathroom.

Very nice last minute stay, just what we needed after a rubbish year
Very nice hotel, clean, staff were very nice and friendly too. The location was great for the pier, shops & restaurants. All in all a lovely stay

Most of it. The food was good and the staff attentive.
Although the room was large, comfortable and well appointed, and the king size bed comfortable, the pillows were hard and difficult to sleep on.
