Faulty Towers experience...
The friendly staff, Nigel the night porter, Sarah and Niki on reception are all fabulous along with the bar staff. The location is terrific with Starling murmurations on display from inside of the veranda both dusk and dawn. The Vegan pizza is terrific value and hits the spot, as usual the Gannet ate most of it before remembering to take a photo. All in all the perfect Faulty Towers!

4 Star Stay!!
the room was very spacious. the bathroom was ideal size and very clean.
also liked the "regal" feel of the building. the floor in the room did creak alot and even when in bed, I did hear creaking of the floors coming from above on occasion.

Amazing staff
The staff were amazing. As soon as I complained to the receptionist about my night in room I was immediately given a beautiful room nearer to lifts etc. So they componsated me to an upgrade. Can't thank all staff enough.
The room I was booked into had very very dirty widow. Pigeon poo everywhere even on inside cill. Dirty windows and most depressing view. Bad smell from a kitchen coming through to room.

The location was excellent for us. The staff were helpful when we needed help.
There was no atmosphere in the dining room in the evening, some piped music would have been nice. The floorboards in the room, all creaked. We had to buy extra pillows as I needed 2 to sleep properly and using the 2 in the hotel just wasn't possible as they were too hard, needed a softer one.
