To cut a long story short, we were let down by 2 other suppliers and installers and then found Swain Brothers.
From the outset, both Andy and Tim were polite and professional and filled us with confidence in their abilities and service.
The team arrived on the day they said they would at the time they said they would, but were thwarted by the weather. The team came back the next day and made an amazing start and finished all 13 windows in 2 days, no mean feat considering the weather.
The new windows look fantastic we are very happy with the results. We would highly recommend them.

From beginning to end of our chimney removal and roof repair, Carl was professional and personable. He arranged the scaffolding, skip and aerial removal and new aerial installation in the loft. He kept us informed throughout the process, sent us photos of the problem and the remedial work.
