Great location and very friendly staff!
My curtain in my room was broken and didn’t pull properly.. this effected my privacy and I didn’t have a great sleep due to the light still shining through.. I was told that someone would look at it for me but it wasn’t resolved. Also when using the shower if you switch the hot tap on it runs boiling hot water and the cold top runs freezing cold water.. there was no in between.

Wouldn't return.
Price not bad. Staff were smiley ☺ dogs allowed in all areas.
Lack of parking. Very tired building and soulless. Noisy in room from outside street music and no warning of fireworks which terrified the dogs. . No room service turned up to make beds. Very expensive for dogs- No goody bag for dog despite charging 40 pounds extra. Never anyone at the bar. Would not return.

Good stay
Hotel was good bars and entertainment location were good rooms I was in was ok no problem rooms ok could be better love the lifts reception staff bar staff and restaurant morning staff brilliant will stay again
Not a lot it's a old hotel so things are old a bit of decorating in rooms standard ones especially carpet's could do with cleaning

Well located in Eastbourne but very tired.
Room itself (Superior, sea view) was spacious and reasonably new. Some plaster peeling on ceiling. Bathroom was OK, enough flow in shower.
Breakfast was buffet style, much as expected. Car parking is £6/ day, didn't pick this up when Web booking. Access via closed 1-way Street, which could have been advised before arrival.
Never 100% sure the lifts would actually make the intended journey - but they did 😀
Overall, hotel is very tired, and needs investment. Guess this is reflected by the price point, just be aware.

Great value Hotel
Nice Hotel in a great location. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Very good singer in the evening which was a bonus! Great value for money.

We like Eastbourne. We are not sure we will be back to the same hotel: location is excellent

Had a great time in Eastbourne,the room was a great size,great sea view
Great location,loved the original features of the building,staff were lovely always some one around
No outside space to sit and enjoy the sun and view,bedroom was a great size but got very stuffy and hot
