Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Beautiful listed building.
Not as clean as it could be. Stains on curtains look like they may have involved an adult movie.

Stayed in a Superior Sea View Room. Lovely view. Staff very helpful and breakfast was very tasty.

Some areas are still very dated.

Location. Also toilet was not visible from bed so excellent room layout.
Room small. Window very small. Lifts dirty. Bed far too small. Breakfast tasty but very limited. Receptionist very hard to understand as she looked at computer not me!!

Comfortable stay, great staff
Room was comfortable, everything we needed. Staff were really good, helpful and friendly. Food was very good. Great location right on the sea front. On site parking useful.
Sadly the hotel needs some investment and renovation but the staff make up for that. In its day it must have been a beautiful hotel.

Property is tired and could do with a deep clean staff are very good at cleaning the surface but it’s such an old and large property the upkeep has been somewhat neglected

Great views of the sea and pier. All the fun of the seaside! 😎
Location and views were great. Great local shopping and seafront location.
Cleaning of rooms not great. Double bed not set up but we just took the twin beds to save any hassle.
