The hotel is tired and in need of refreshment . Our room was v basic not like any in the photos 😔 . Bed was comfy and the breakfast was good. Just a shame the hotel is in desperate need of some refreshments

The staff are fantastic especially on reception and the restaurant
I love this hotel and so does my dog and that’s so important it’s our second stay and we will come again
The bedrooms could do with a bit of a referb as the paper was coming off the wall and the bathroom door had paint hanging off of a dent

Reception staff very welcolming and helpful! Brilliant location. Room size fine, but very hot as no air con just a fan.
Poor breakfast choices and breakfast staff unhelpful. I loved the old fashioned charm of the hotel but room needed TLC.

A nice place to stay
Have stayed here a few times. Always good value for money. Great choice for breakfast. The room was a bit old fashioned but for the price it was comfortable enough.
I am an anmial lover but I really don't think it's right that dogs should be allowed in the restaurant when people are eating. Over breakfast there was a dog drooling over their owners eating their food. Very off-putting.
