Our stay was okay but rooms need more attention
The location and view was very good and the staff were extremely friendly
The room we stayed in had cob webs and mould in shower, there was no pressure in the shower head, window didn’t stay open in the bathroom.

Great Location, Excellent Value for Money
This is my 4th time staying here.
The location is excellent and having the car park adjacent makes the stay easy.
The staff are also always friendly and helpful The hotel rooms are in need of updating.Various stains on the carpet and walls.
The shower/surround is in need of a deep clean.
Toilet seat was also broken.
Bathrooms really let these rooms down.
Windows also need cleaning, mending and re painting.

Value for money
We were an elderly group so being by the shops and pier we were able to walk to them.Entertainment every night,food good,staff friendly and helpful,bright and clean hotel.
Being an older hotel some of the rooms needed a little tlc and no ladies toilets on the ground floor by the evening entertainment .
