A very pleasant 2 night stay in a great location.
Location perfect, probably the best in Eastbourne. All staff we encountered were friendly, polite, helpful and efficient. The breakfast was good. Our room was spacious with a great view of the pier and coastline.
Naturally for an older hotel somewhere things were tired and worn. The floorboards were uneven and noisy, the windows were in poor condition.

Done the job. Central location.
Stayed here just one night to do Eastbourne triathlon the next day. Managed to check in half an hour early which was helpful. Perfect central location and had a car park for £6 a day (first come first served…. About 40 car spaces roughly?)
Friendly check in staff. Shower was powerful and water was hot. Room a decent size The hotel is looking a bit tired in general. Floorboards a bit creaky in my room. You get what you pay for. It fitted my needs. Def not a luxury hotel tho.

Sea view was fantastic
Very comfy bed
Tea, coffee, biscuits and water in the room
Staff were friendly and helpful Building is old and tired but it is grade 2 listed!

Stay at the Burlington NOT OYO Marine parade.
I had fully paid my accommodation at OYO but they canceled my reservation. They said it was there fault and gave me a refund which I am still waiting to receive from Bookings.com
The Burlinton took me in, every one was exceptionally nice to me.
I know what it feels like to be homeless, OYO locked me out of my fully paid for room. They were great at the Burlington, thank you to all the very nice staff.
