Value for money. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast
The location of where the Burlington is situated on the seafront. It has good parking. Excellent breakfast, with a good variety. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Noisy floor boards at night when people walked by.

Great location, 15/20 minute walk to the train/bus station, good breakfast and staff were friendly, lobby and breakfast area was nice
Rooms and lifts are very outdated, chipped paint, stained carpets, water stains down the walls. The beds were very clean however the room in general wasn’t great and our door also didn’t lock properly.

Staff were lovely. Entertainment good! Drinks reasonable price.
The bathroom had run out of soap in dispenser. Also shower needed a better clean. I have photos. Plug of shower needed a good scrub to help drainage. Hair needed removing from waste.
