Good location .room was a great size .it was warm .friendly staff . Nice breakfast .
pity about the coffee machine as I made a cup and there was a hair in my cup from the machine and when I went to add water under where the water went it was filthy .I told the staff and they said they couldn't do anything that day .the safe I couldnt use as it was not working and locked open and kept beeping it did eventually stop though.they did offer for us to move rooms but as by then the safe had stopped beeping we decided not too and we were shattered after a 5 hour journey and didn't feel.like packing up again and moving 2 floors up.

Great hotel & location for short stay
Staff are friendly, breakfast was lovely and the hotel is opposite the pier
Hotel could do with updating, but it’s a large building so not a 5 minute job
