Old world charm, which would be lovely in the summer. My stay was very wet very windy and cold in the middle of February. Unfortunately it highlighted the faded grandeur of the whole building. Seeing staff huddled in the cold and wet on a smoking break didn’t help - they deserved better

Amazing location, comfort beds and beautiful Grade II listed building.
Amazing location, right by Eastbourne pier, beach & pubs. They held our bags for us for few hours the next day which was amazingly helpful . Very comfort beds and blanket was helpful as got little windy. Delicious breakfast, friendly staff and good value for money.
Tv did not have any signal, but we weren’t there for tv so didn’t bother us to much. Shower head wasn’t working but the bath was clean.

The burlington was in the best location and the breakfast was great the room was in need of a little modernisation but that was reflected in price we are definitely going yo go back when back in Eastbourne
