Booked at the last minute, had a quiet comfortable weekend.
Room was clean and I slept well.
Breakfast was excellent - black pudding available!
Staff were all friendly and efficient. No reason to complain at all, everything exceeded my expectations really.

Very good time right on seafront
Very helpful staff. Car park at rear was £6 a day which saved looking for instreet parking with the unhelpful and complicated payment scheme

Rooms were very poor. Dirty on window seal plug bad. Breakfast ok. If you get there early enough. Bacon and eggs dried up. Otherwise ok for money..
Downstairs was lovey. We first went in to damp sm room. Wot we didn't order. So upgrade. That room was ok. But not to our liking.

The heating was to hot we had to ask to turn radiator off in our room as we much prefer colder conditions
