Lovely stay and friendly staff
I have stayed before great room nice stay
We stayed in 118 did not look like bathroom has been finished plastic sheet came of window so had to put toothpaste to keep it up lovely hotel

Very clean room. Cleaned and restocked daily. Very comfortable
The lifts are a bit old and parking in their car park is quite expensive considering it’s very cheap on the front if you can get parked

Birthday break
Everything in the Burlington is excellent . Staff go out of their way to help you and so polite too.
Nothing bad in the Burlington. Only thing we don't like is having to pay by card but that's the norm now.

Great location and price!
Staff very friendly and helpful.

Good
Breakfast was brilliant as I am gluten intolerant and there was even a special toaster so I could do my own toast. I have not rated the staff using the ‘manic’ icon as that seems over the top. They were all efficient and effective. Room also good: all facilities were clean and usable.

The radiator at the time was working but its legs were loose ,no main heating
