Wonderful. Terrible. Perfect location.
A sea view if you ask nicely, palm trees across the road and carpets throughout that probably should have been thrown away a couple of decades ago. The distance between the beds and the plug sockets is infuriating, and the place is a mess throughout, but... look at the price and the location. Highly recommended.
The staff on reception are seldom welcoming, but you only need to get a key from them, so don't worry too much.

I enjoyed my stay, there were some issues to feed back about but it’s feedback rather than complaint.
Close to town centre, car park is helpful.
Staff are nice, was asked by staff each day if I needed anything.
Room had additional heaters which was useful. There were visible damp patches in the wall near to the ceiling and running down the wall.
The hot water tap spluttered a lot; there was air in the system and it made using the sink a noisy and messy experience
Room was quite dark, I was working at the desk and the lack of a desk lamp made it difficult to work.

Hidden gem.
We were moved to a superior room when we found there was a problem with the hot water. No extra charge.
People standing smoking directly outside the front door. Too expensive to pay for the hotel car park so had to find on street which was 10-15 min walk.

Great birthday treat will definitely come back
It was my 75 birthday staff sorted a restaurant flowers etc at my daughters request. They were very friendly and most professional.
Would have liked to have products to use in the bathroom as assumed they would be there so didn’t bring anything.

A great weekend getaway.
Really friendly staff. The room was really well kitted out and clean, with a great sea side view. Breakfast was ample, with a good selection of food on offer.
