Great location on the seafront and close to town centre.
Excellent accommodation for an extremely low off season price.
A minor issue with the toilet in the en-suite was sorted immediately by the very responsive manager and night maintenance man. View of fire escape stairs was not great and the pigeons calling as soon as the dawn broke. Would potentially upgrade our room to a sea view next time.

On the whole very pleasant.
Loved the view and the room was a great size. Breakfast was ample and fresh.
The decor was a little tired and the carpets needed cleaning in our room. A bit more attention to detail in cleaning too.

A quite pleasant stay, in a “ superior “ room.
When we first used the Burlington a few years back, it was a bit shabby. A lick of paint here and some decorative work there has seen an improvement. Still a bit to do though. Had a nice see view from our windows.
There is still some shabbiness here and there to be addressed.

Exceptional value for money. The hotel is a bit worn and tired but clean. Breakfast was really good and the staff were very friendly and polite. Would definitely stay again.
