Theo gave me a complimentary posture scan today and was very helpful! He gave me a series of stretches I could try to help prevent the ache from occurring which I tried as soon as I got home. I immediately felt a bit looser and with no ache so will continue to do the stretches daily. I’ll definitely be back if need be!

Since coming here, I have felt very much at ease with my pain management. I was in a lot of pain and discomfort for a long time with my back and neck . I had tried acupuncture, physio, and many pills and potions, but nothing really worked for me. The treatment and advice I am receiving here are very helpful. It is a very friendly practise, and i have great faith in it. I strongly recommend anyone who is having problems with their back etc to come here .
