By mistake I booked 1 night in a "single" room... and it was really "single"😉🤭😃. After trying the "twin" and "double" versions, my impressions are definitely positive👍👌👌. To sum up, great bar🤟, very good food in resteraunt and great staff. and will recommend👍👌

Slightly faded Seafront grandeur, a good place to be!
It is what it is...a slightly tired formerly quite grand hotel now offering excellent value for money. Still got a bar, staff are pleasant, a little upgrade buys you a sea view, breakfast is good so what more do you want? I prefer faded grandeur to the Travelodge any day, this place gets my vote, have stayed before and I'll stay again.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was very nice and bathroom. 1
The breakfast was terrible, you could only have scrambled eggs, I wanted fried eggs but was told we only do scrambled eggs, there was no normal sausage s just vegan, the coffee was terrible, and the toaster was broken

Good
Most things easy access to room with lift ,and spacious alleyways also close to the sea which was a benefit.this was an unplanned stay for me as motorhome was in the garage for repairs but enjoyed the 3 days here
Only had a breakfast once during stay,fruit was ok and cereal,but had a limited choice for a full fry up if you wanted to eat one maybe this was because of winter season?

Overall good hotel with good location
I didn't like their lift. It was scary when it was stuck in between 1st and the 2nd floor when I was in it.
The receptionist didn't tell me that parking is at the back of the hotel. I parked my car at the front of the hotel and I got the parking ticket. I believe the communication with the customer needs to be improved.
