Tracy is lovely and listens to your specification for your holiday and comes up with some great options that do not break the bank. Any questions or reassurance she is at the other end of an email and has been far more use than holiday reps I have had contact with in the past. Her inside knowledge of the travel industry is fantastic and she finds you far better options and deals than you can find with a search engine.
