In this session we will be exploring how we can support people to stay healthy in work and return to work sooner, for example when musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions become a barrier to working safely or working well.
You’ll hear about the range of support available for both employers and employees when MSK health, wellbeing, or other challenges begin to affect someone’s ability to stay in work, or return to work. We’ll share practical advice, useful resources, and simple ways workplaces can promote better MSK health, and better signpost people to resources around them.
