
Doors open at 1.30pm, seating is limited and on a first-come basis. We recommend getting there early folks! (Please read the important information section at the bottom of this page)
Schedule
1.30-2.00pm You will be greeted by the wonderfully talented local Scotch-Irish Adam Philip, playing some great Celtic reels on violin ☘️
2.00pm - 3.00pm We will then have special guests "Missing the Ferry" all the way from Luton, in the Lawns room at the Landsdowne, our venue for the day. Missing the Ferry are proud 2nd generation Irish group, playing their own original tunes, fresh from a gig in Brighton the night before ☘️
3.00pm One for all the family - join our free ceili lesson, you will be guided by the fabulous Vix Potten local Irish dancing coach, and will get a chance to perform together ☘️
3.30pm The wonderful Adam Philip returns, a man of many talents he will be singing some tunes as well as playing the fiddle and bodhran, this is also when we practice the ceili. Adams reels are sure to get your feet tapping ☘️
4.00pm - 4.30pm Local Irish dancing group Rinceori Ratton performing some classic Flately favourites for you all to enjoy, this troupe are not to be missed!☘️
5.00pm - 6.00pm We have the awesome local ukulele army, whose members include some of our very own Irish community. They’ll be playing and singing an Irish set that is sure to have you on your feet ☘️
6.00pm Raffle time - we have some great prizes in store, see below! ☘️
6.15pm - 7pm We wrap up the day with the stunning sounds of Ceol Na Mara - a talented local duo playing guitar and fiddle, we expect lots of jigging about! ☘️

Important information
Tickets £5 each plus handling fee, children aged between 6 and 12 are free, we regret that due to capacity we must cap the age range of children permitted, allowing only those aged 6+ to attend. ticketsource.co.uk/irish-in-eastbourne
All children must be accompanied by, and are the responsibility of, a responsible adult aged 18+.
All proceeds go towards the event costs. Tickets are limited due to overall capacity, but we may decide to hold a reserve list in case of cancellations, depending on demand.
